Is Cardberus free to use?

Creating an account and browsing listings is completely free. However, certain features, such as premium listings or transaction fees, may apply.

Buying & Selling

How do I buy cards on Cardberus?

1. Browse listings or search for specific cards.
2. Check the details and seller rating.
3. Place an order and complete the payment securely.
4. Track your order until it arrives!

Are transactions secure?

Yes! You can pay thru Gcash, Bank deposit, Paypal, or Wise transfer. We prioritize secure transactions and offer protections to ensure both buyers and sellers have a smooth experience.

Shipping & Returns

What are the shipping options?

1. LBC (Sakto Pouch). Price changes when it exceeds pouch area.
2. Lalamove/Grab Pickup. You can book your orders by contacting or chatting us on our Facebook page.
3. Free Shipping (For Card Singles only). Please choose this option if you purchase singles cards only.
4. Fedex/DHL. Please choose this option for international purchase. We have different rates for Asia counties and USA.

Who handles the shipping?

Sellers are responsible for shipping items to buyers, but buyers are responsible to book their orders thru pickup services like Grab or Lalamove. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping for safety.

Can I return a card if I’m not satisfied?

All cards sold are either in mint or near mint condition. We can replace your card but will only do refund on case to case basis.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order is lost or not received, please contact us immediately.
